For smaller establishments lacking a dedicated writer, we can help save valuable time for owners and general managers, allowing them to focus on more critical activities such as sales, production, or customer service. In the case of larger facilities, we can serve as a vital resource to align writing costs with operational volume, especially during busier periods when additional support might be required temporarily.

Our ownership team boasts over 90 years of combined experience within various segments of the automotive and collision industry. Our journey began at a three-generation body shop in New York City that led the way in adopting remote estimating to provide flexibility to estimators. The challenges brought about by the global pandemic in 2020 resulted in insurance companies seeking assistance from our shop due to a shortage of estimators, thereby evolving our operations into a successful independent appraisal business. Recognizing the pressing need for proficient estimators in collision repair facilities, our independent appraisal business transitioned into an organization dedicated to addressing the shortage of quality writers in the industry.

We swiftly assembled a team of writers from our independent appraisal background who were eager to assist body shops with estimate needs. However, streamlining the exchange of information between shops and our writers posed challenges. After exploring existing platforms unsuccessfully, we opted to collaborate with an experienced development team to create the E-Volve mobile app. The app's purpose is to facilitate seamless communication between collision repair shops and our writers, enabling efficient transmission of required information for precise estimates.

Our clientele ranges from those who utilize our writers exclusively—replacing their internal staff writer—to others who keep us on standby for contingency purposes. We also conduct estimate audits to ensure that every dollar due is accounted for accurately.
